1. Declaration pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (Code for the protection of personal data)

a. Protection of personal data
The activities proposed on the Net by Paiper srl are carried out in full compliance with international, EU and national standards on privacy and data protection. b. Collection and use of personal data
In full compliance with the provisions of art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we declare that Paiper srl collects personal data only as a result of consent expressed by its customers. Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 establishes the rights and powers that may be exercised with regards to the processing of the data provided. Moreover, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

e. Exercise and modality of the exercise of the rights
The rights indicated by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (and reported in the previous point of this policy) are exercised by request without formalities to the owner or manager. Paiper srl undertakes to provide suitable feedback without delay to any request that should be formulated.
