a. Protection of personal data

b. Collection and use of personal data
In full compliance with the provisions of art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we declare that Paiper srl collects personal data only as a result of consent expressed by its customers. Paiper srl requires the express consent of the interested party to use the data for purposes other than those previously indicated, such as the sending of advertising material, the sending of commercial information, the inclusion in newsletter services, the processing of researches market, the development of statistics.
c. Security in data transmission
Paiper srl has put in place the necessary physical and electronic measures to protect confidentiality and ensure the security of information provided by customers and users. These measures, adopted pursuant to art. 33 and ss. of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, are suitable to protect the paper and electronic documentation provided by anyone who has dealings with Paiper srl. The physical and electronic measures will be constantly updated, in compliance with the provisions of the Code for the protection of personal data.
d. Rights of data subjects and access to data
Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 establishes the rights and powers that may be exercised with regards to the processing of the data provided. In particular, the art. 7 provides that “the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form”. Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The interested party also has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in lett. a) and b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, even with regard to their content, except in cases where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right. Paiper srl undertakes to keep the customer’s files complete and up-to-date.
Moreover, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
e. Exercise and modality of the exercise of the rights
The rights indicated by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (and reported in the previous point of this policy) are exercised by request without formalities to the owner or manager. Paiper srl undertakes to provide suitable feedback without delay to any request that should be formulated. Pursuant to art. 9 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the request addressed to the owner or manager can also be sent by registered letter, fax or e-mail.
